I hate PT Cruisers

Perhaps not in keeping with the current "stream" of this thread, but the car that annoys me most is the Mazda Miata. That's the most ridiculous car EVER!

I concur! I bought a used Acura Integra with 160,000 miles and it lasted me another 70,000 before I traded it in.

I want to find another used one.

Why would you ever buy a car with 160,000 miles on the odometer?

Not always.. Usually I'd agree.. we paid 200 for our car and its lasted about a year and a half.. and is still running.. we've had to put work into it sure, but you usually do for older cars..

Ha-ha! A PT Cruiser tapped the back of my car this morning! No damage to either car, and everyone is OK, but I'm sure the woman thought me bonkers 'cause I was laughing my head off thinking of this thread

Exactly. Cars should not require any work. That's why so many people sell their cars when they hit 100,000-150,000 miles.

Well where I am there is a bit of a stigma attached to a man having a miata, especially a white one. Usually one might say that that man is gay. It just seems like a girls car for some reason- it's not like a Porsche.

nope not a man so dont worry dont like white cars too much either...

Cant afford a car with less than 100,000 miles, so where does that leave us? Good luck finding a car that wont ever need any work.. everything wears down eventually.. Think of it this way.. to get a car that requires no work would be at least $200 a month... we have not spent nearly that much on our car in repairs soo.... its cheaper that way.. especially since it is our second car..

I saw something last weekend that I thought was so funny and felt I should share it...

my hubby and I saw all these cars in a restaurant parking lot, as we got closer we noticed that they were all PT Cruisers... I guess it was some sort of Auto club for people who loved PT Cruisers.....
