Hi All,

I am about to submit Form I-864ez for my mom. But I am not sure how many docs I should send out with the form.

1. Form 1040, most recent year? or past three years?

2. W2 same question AS ABOVE

3. I am qualify to sponsor my mom solo, but my husband file the tax with me together, so do I need to request solo tax return form from IRS for myself or it's fine to use the one with my husband's name on it (joint return)?

4. Other than 1040 and W2, should I also include my pay stubs?

thanks a lot.

1. & 2. Only the most recent is requires. No harm in sending the other years if you have them.

3. You filed a joint tax return with your husband, so you do not have a "solo tax return." You file the I-864EZ with the joint tax return filed with the IRS.

4. Including them doesn't hurt. May help if you gotten a nice raise since your last tax return.
