Hello,

I'm currently about to file for my AOS and I'm stuck because I can't access my electronic I-94. I was able to access the page with the number before, but now it says that it was not found. Is it possible that it expired? What would my recovery steps be?

I've gotten here at the beginning of October and I got married at the end of October, but it's been over 3 months since I've been here, is that the reason why it could've expired?

Thanks,

Radek

My guess is that once it expires they are deleting them from the system. Why did you not print out a copy when you looked it up before? I would contact the CBP and see if you can get a copy of the I-94 after it expires and what you need to do as it is the CBP that handles the I-94. Most of the secondary inspection stations are at your local international airport. At least you have the number and can put that on the AOS form.

Good luck,

Dave

I have the number and I might even have the copy printed out, but do they still accept it even though it will have an expired date on it?

I might pursue getting a new I-94 just to be safe. I know I needed a physical copy to get an SSN, however, I'm not sure if I can still find it.

I do have the number, so that shouldn't be a problem, but I think the I-485 package requires me to include the printed I-94 info.

Getting an SSN after the I-94 probably won't work, why not just wait for the AOS process to be done?

If your passport was stamped upon entry to the US then you can use that as proof of legal entry.

To adjust status as an immediate relative of a US citizen (such as a spouse) you need only prove that you entered legally, not that you have remained in status.
