Hello,

We sent our RFE reply on Feb 5. I was wondering whether the USCIS website will then update our case status to "RFE Response Review" and how long it will take appear on the website. I do not want to drive myself crazy if I do not see anything coming up on the website.

Thank you!

Anne

We were asked for a "legible copy" of my fiancé's divorce decree. The one we initially sent was legible so we were surprised by their request but we resent a new certified copy from the courthouse and we asked the clerk to certify as well the judge's signature as it was a bit hidden behind the stamp. To be honest it seemed as if they were looking for a teeny-tiny detail to send an RFE. Anyway it is now back to them.

Hard to know what's in their hands and what they are looking at. Sounds very minor and you've done what you need to do. I expect you will be approved next week.

Im in tbe same situation. Last week my attorney received the RFE and tol me that it was only requesting my divorce decree. The evidence of my divorce was mailed out last week on friday by my attorney. I didnt go to the court to get mine certified though. If the USCIS needs it it be certified, then do so otherwise its extra work but in your case the signature was hidden like you said. Hopefully mine gets approved by next week.
