Hi all

my conditional resident will expire soon and i need to file i751 form

i was arrested back in 2003 and when i was applying for my conditional Resident i submitted the original document from the court that i was arrested and the charges were nole prosse

do i have to resend this paper again even tho the already have the original?

also since i have my conditional Resident my wife and I Move to Another State so i have to file in a diff State

Do I have to Let them know about that?

An arrest in the US does not equal a conviction. As per our constitution you are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In your case the prosecution decided not to prosecute which means they didn't believe they could win it. So, they dropped the case and rendered it Nolle Pros. Make sure however that you have complete and full certified copies of the arrest report and court records. Depending on the charge it would be a good idea to consult with an immigration attorney, but I don't think you will have a problem.

You must always keep the USCIS aware of where you live. If you don't, it may be cause of serious proceedings against you. Suggest you call them immediately and let them know your current address and contact information.

I hired a lawyer my first time when i was applying for my conditional green card and my lawyer sent all the original documents to uscsi then first time

my question is :

Now that i have to Apply for I751 and the question again is if i was arrested my answer of course is yes do i have to send again those documents that they already have it or just to let them know that they have the originals
