In adjusting status, what do you send with form I-485, approval letter from USCIS (I-130) or approval letter from NVC (I-130)?

We already recieved the Notice of Approval from the USCIS. Do we need to waitt for the Approval from the NVC to apply for my Adjustment of Status?

Please help...

As a K-3 holder you do not need to have an approved I-130 to file for AOS. Normally you would just include the Notice of Action for the I-130. Since you have an approval as well, maybe send both the NOA as well as the approval?

There's no such thing as an approval letter from the NVC - the NVC doesn't approve anything with respect to I-130 petitions. I-130 is approved - byt the USCIS - before it goes to the NVC.
