Good day!

Im from Leyte. My Fil-Am husband filed a petition for me using DCF last feb 4, 2014. I would like to expedite the process if I am eligible for it. Pls help if you have info regarding expedited process. I would also like to know what steps to take now so as not to waste time while waiting for my NOA.

Thanks in advance for your help...

DCF many times only takes about 30-60 days tops for the whole process. I guess you could contact the USCIS office at the embassy then after they move the file to the embassy contact them with the expedite request.
