I think what triggers a TOS violation is like a decipher wheel. Spin it around and out comes the word And. If you use and at the right time on the right day.Boom suspension time.

I suppose it would be OK if he did not want to serve KKK members, Nazis, Tea Party Republicans, etc.

I believe in the rights of ALL Americans and believe the government should do nothing to curtail those rights for ANY reason for ANYone that has not had the rights removed by due process...and that applies to business owners. Why should a business owner be forced to serve people he does not want to? It is a private business and should be able to refuse the money of anyone he chooses for any reason. If I open a restaraunt next door to him it will be fully handicapped accessible and my sign will say "Gays Welcome" ...and I will take their cash and put it in MY bank account.

Gays should not be prevented from getting married by the government, and be denied the government rights and privileges given to people who are not gay...but the government needs to stay out of private business,

Americans have the right to choose another restaraunt if they do not like what one offers.

This is called being PRO CHOICE. The owner can CHOOSE not to serve people and people can CHOOSE to give their money to someone else.

Why is wishing someone is Gay considered to be "wishing ill"?

Perhaps if his children were gay or disabled he may find he loves them anyway and such things really don't matter much, then they could all be happy.
