To make a long story short.

A young girl came to sweden 5 years ago, without papers or parents. She was put in care in sweden for 5 years until she turned 18. She was then taken out her foster parents home, deported to Vietnam in a day, not given time to set up living or bank accounts.

She had no relatives in vietnam, no friends, she hardly know where she came from. All she was given was a temporary passport to travel to Vietnam. which is not valid now. Left at the airport and was then supposed to manage herself.

She have not any support there now, and she haven't succeed to get a birth certificate.

Some are trying to help her from sweden, but time is running out and it getting harder all the time to reach to her. Its been 3 weeks not and she have tried to get a birth certificate to be able to get the papers she need so she can stable her stay, she cant even open an bank account.

I am wondering if someone here have any experience of this, know any persons that can assist her to get all the papers she need in Vietnam. Any private social security employee ? locally...

She is in Hanoi.

Please take your time to help, time is really slipping away for this child we have wrongly deported..

No one have any suggestions ?

Her temporary pass soon gets invalid, after that I believe she is paperless and free to get both arrested and fined for not having any papers?

Poor child, what a terrible situation. This is so wrong. I think all Governments employ a bunch of living heart donors.

worst part is we invested 10 000 usd on her every year for 5 years, and 30 000 usd to deport her, but we cant spend 1000 usd to help her out to get her papers in vietnam. I really have no believes in my country any more.

perhaps you can direct her to a local homeless shelter or orphanage where they may have a support system in place for undocumented individuals and without family. At the very least she will have a shelter, food and support.
