Oh ok, well, don't know your situation, whether you submitted from within the country or outside, you can see from our timeline when we submitted the I-130, last May, then it was transferred to the Texas Office in December, something they had recently started doing, so we're wondering when it will be reviewed from there...

Hi - our CR-1 Spouse visa has just been approved from Texas office.

We are May 2013 filers from NZ, and were transferred from Overland, to Texas on December 28th. Approval has just come through today (Feb 8). This falls in line with the processing estimation of 8.8 months but I wouldn't read too much into that. When we were given the transfer to Texas I was very pleased as they do SEEM to be faster there.

Best of luck.

How long were you at NSC before they transferred you to TSC?

We were transferred there 46 days ago, no signs of life since the transfer. :(
