EAD & Advance Parole

Hello to all VJ users, I want to thank to all who posted very helpful experience.

I have done my Biometrics appointment last February 3, 2014 at Charlotte, NC. I did ask the information if she knew the possible time frame of approval of EAD/AP, she said nope.

I knew different case status with different time frame and it depends.

Can I check my status online concerning the status of my EAD/AP?

I really Pray always to get it soon as possible.

Yes of course you can check the status online. The numbers to check are on your NOA1s. You will have separate cases for each form that results in a benefit.

The EAD/AP will be approved within 90 days of filing.

Go there and put your case numbers in. My EAD/AP took about 70 days in total, from filing to being in hand.
