And if the in- or out-patient lacks patience, he's an im-patient.

Because in Ecuador they would rather lie to him, and tell him it's something else so the problem never goes away and he has to keep coming back and spending money. We went to four ENTs in Ecuador over the course of four years and none of them ever mentioned the fact that he had a tumor, or might need surgery.

Set alarm for 6:30a; arose unwillingly at 7:30a. Got on road at 8:45a. Six stops on itinerary, Many man.

Second stop was a boring-looking but newspaper-advertised GS. Little was it known that this was an entire subdivision-GS day with multiple GSs on every street, whee man, causing gleeful abandonment of original itinerary.

Queen mattress-pad & funky T-shirt warshed (Texas spelling) together separately from first load; in dryer now, bake man.

After return from Aldi Foods, took nap. Mrs. T-B. vulcanized Aldi pizza but we ate it anyway, see man -- no wasting of $5.99, no man.
