Just annoyed that we can't do everything we want to be able to do so I feel like I've been wasting my time. However on the plus side hubs has agreed that starting in April we will contact a realtor and look for a new home. All the looking for a car has rather been for moot until we decide we can afford it. Because I bought the tickets to visit the kiddo in March, that doesn't help with saving any money. But I hope he will actually keep up with not eating out everyday and spending money willy nilly. He's finally figured out we need to budget.

I can't start school until at least Jan 2015 (provided I meet the domicile requirements for in state tuition), but at least I have a plan for that.

and it's a great plan.

As far as the other stuff. Well, sounds like you prioritized things pretty good. I hope it works out good.

I get buying a new car (warranty) but it's 5k more than we were planning on spending. So hubs and I both agree (strangely) that until we're financially able, there is no point in test driving cars. Maybe in the next few months. I know my job would pay for the car and insurance, but I'd need him to co-sign. However I also know that having the car payment would help my personal credit because I'm paying off a loan.

Oh I had us pre-approved for a loan. Do I have to tell them to cancel it?

In state tuition is a big deal they are nuts with out of state cost. I will probably try to start in fall 2015, it will depend on the kiddies. But we alreay have 2 kids in college, one for sure transfers in the fall to a University I'm hoping he gets a scholarship or two. They first quoted him out of state tuition and I almost had a stroke.

Oh it's a huge difference here. 119.24/credit hr vs 490.53/credit hr. I won't go to school if it means paying out of state tuition.

I had my husband add me to his credit card, he made sure they had me added with my social and in 6 months I had amazing credit.

I think the loan would either expire or calling them would work

Our new cable box does not show the time. It is so weird for me. I am used to seeing the clock in the living room near the TV. I need to go buy a pretty clock for my wall now. I seem to miss seeing the time in the living room too much to live without it.
