GERD +. H1 = misery...

That is a mess right there. Why on earth are you out and about, you should be laying low and relaxing?

Sorry man, my body decided to give me my period and insane cramps today (4 ibuprofen and 2 tylenol are barely making a dent). Also, got a killer pulled muscle in my neck. dead.gifdead.gifdead.gif

Ugh I hate those days. Does Midol help at all?

Try midol? Is midol acetaminophen?

Try dong Gui I tell ya. That ####### works! You ever see a china woman complain about bad cramps?

Midol basically has what I take anyway, so it is just a gimmick.

Well, there are other biological reasons why that might be the case. I noticed a lot of women of my ethnic extraction have bad cramps, a lot of them use opiates for pain relief around these times. I'm opiate resistant so it doesn't do ####### for me.

I'll look into the supplement for next month, although I know the fertility specialists don't like you to take anything herbal without clearing it by them first.

Are you ovulating? Usually when my cycles go that long the egg is bad quality or I'm not ovulating at all.

it started when I got here. And I know I should but I got no insurance so it will have to wait.

I was on birth control for 2 years until I started getting major headaches so I got off it in May last year took about 2 months before I got my periods then it was normal for a month and then I flew here. I gotta say though I was extremely anxious coming over and it never really went away...for obvious reasons...so I guess it could be that...I dunno.

*fingers crossed for a job and insurance soon*

There aren't too much Chinese medicine that's genuinely good #######....

Dang gui is one of them.

Zheng guo shui is another

Tiger balm....

And a few other thangs....

tiger balm is the bomb. helped my pulled muscle after training.

Here's Tiffs stash....

You boil the ####### out of it with a hard boiled egg and some dates. For like 6 hrs. And you drink it. Effective after 1 single use!

looks odd but i bet its good.

sidenote: coconut oil arrived today in a broken jar. I took whatever I could out of the jar without glass getting into it, getting refund.

See?! A whitey attesting to china stuff!

I even bet you that Darklars wife brought her own supply of dang gui from china for fear that she can't find it here.

Oh but I must warn you, the herbal scent is overwhelming....
