Years ago I remember driving through 6 inches of snow trying to get to the airport in Pittsburgh so I could go home. Not a plow in sight anywhere, which I learned was because they had spent the years snow clearing budget already.

The Commonwealth of PA is piss poor. They only have 5 plows for the whole state...

The Yukon and the CRV has been machines of mass destruction in this snow. And when I barrel down the road in the Yukon, it's comical to watch people dive out of the way so they don't get run over, or splashed

I am back from ....well...I am back. Made heart shaped pizza and it is in the freezer. Bothered some Universities with status of my application. Applied for more jobs, got more rejections. Took the dog out, pet the dog, let the dog out....pet other dogs...some more dog love. Did laundry, washed dishes....pet dog. Fed dog treats. Ate whatever I could find - half a banana, pretzel and some pasta and crackers and had a smoothie. Full.

Movies back on for tomorrow ! I think we won't do lunch. I am pretty happy about flowers, eor and movies and the fact that hubs said he doesn't mind if when I cook I spent little more and experiment with recipes. I think my refusal to engage with him unless he starts thinking about stuff and endless links on communication got old and he decided to actually think about it. yay. Let's see how things go "careful hopeful thoughts"

See, there are a lotta fook bltches looking to hook a green card holder. so they must be presentable at all times. So they're out there walking around in heels. They must then walk in the middle of the street.
