Well to have a family of 5 with both of our DNA is a rather expensive undertaking. It isn't impossible we'd have natural children, but it is incredibly unlikely.

I remember you mentioning about it being his sperm. Has he seen a urologist for fertility? A mom in another group I'm in had her husband taking fertility vitamins, his numbers doubled. It might be worth looking into. Sorry trying not to pry too much.

Nah, he's on vitamins, but nothing (plus he's got 100% abnormal and whether that gets better to 97% or something, it would still take us maybe a year plus to conceive with 3% normal forms). They have an option for the issue, but honestly it seems like his DNA is also damaged and there is nothing to do to fix that. The prevailing theory among REs here is that IVF with ISCI is the only fix and it does work for the majority of couples. However, those couples haven't had miscarriages because they are getting no fertilization naturally, so perhaps their DNA is still fine.

Unless there is something wrong with me we have yet to discover, then we could just use donor sperm without IVF for future pregnancies and that is cheaper, but still not cheap.
