My MIL expects us to help her build herself a house sometime this year. She's obviously crazy, considering we don't even have a place of our own yet. I wouldn't build her a house even if we did, but that's beside the point.

Hullo Again. Checking in. Paid the ELIS fee Sunday, just cause I wanted to pay this month and not prior, what with ELIS being busted and a promised fix window to be in February. Let's see !

Slogged around to 3 chinese markets yesterday. Found an underground chinese cigarette gang, got a carton.

She met 2 folk from her city during our Friday slog-around-town, so she's happy.

weather abysmal but she's liking what I did with the kitchen. Unpacked the outdoor cooker and it's set up.

She's tired , but seemingly recovering from the jet lag. Surprised we not need to clean every day the entire house. Sure, I told her many times, but hey.

Well, yer in the running for the contest on 'I have the most batsh|t crazy MIL'. Still, yer in a special category, as yer not having daily interactions in the kitchen and that's where most of the judges look at.

Not count you interact with her back at her country, daily, as this contest is only for MILs in the USA.

PS - #### Fooks, I am tired of talking with them for the weekend. I have a solid city connection that my wife trusts for everything here (her city, living in Houston) and she's bribe-able (by me) so finally I have my own Chinese person to tell my wife the skinny and then expect actual action. bah. I saw a pomeranian puppy today, about 3 months old, wearing a diaper inside.

had no idea what it was, it's owner keeps it really clean and the hair puffs out about 4 inches all the way round.

still, cute critter though. I was thinking 'how to make gloves', as that fur was purty.
