Thank you, si ma'am. I had plans to get up early to get the jalopy inspected, then hit Big Lots for their quarterly 20%-off sale. confession: i must have at least 1 can of diet soda a day. i got hooked on it when i was using it as a zero cal substitute for coffee (with sugar and cream) and haven't been able to stop since. in uni, i was going through one 1-litre bottle a night while cramming for exams. :\

try this for a test .

for 4 days - instead of drinking coffee,

for each coffee or caffiene beverage you usually have,

have instead tomato juice or v-8 juice,

and add some hot sauce (just a half teaspoon) to it.

Report back, when able.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
