I figured you would. Had to ask still :P "Just do it" (provided it will leave you happier overall)

I'll sit here til the end of the year and see how I feel. I'm planing to take vacation every month from April to December. See if I can catch a second wind....

And thanks. But I've talked myself to a downish mood.....

On top of that. Gump's child will be back Wednesday. And they have not moved out....

This will bring flashbacks of last years trip, having to stay in same house with this kid.

Is it because of the fear of unknown especially since you got a family to take care of ? Being in a comfort zone ? I don't mean to pry...just wondering !

...why have they not move out yet ? Sorry If I had missed a post on that....

Change the locks man. No increase in squatters in the basement. And/Or begin remodeling of basement with generation of heavy amounts of dust to make the location unlivable!

I dun wanna jinx it J. But I'm pretty certain that I can actually retire.....

I used to like going into the unknown. But not anymore.

I'm just not sure about working for a larger company.

There's a lotta other factors to consider.

Yeah, they interviewed people and some said thay they're wondering who (for example) will take care of the old people in nursing homes, since the citizens of Switzerland don't want to work some hard and ungrateful fields.

They can ship the old people to Poland.

Good idea!

Gump's strategy:

Move not unless you see an advantage; use not your troops unless there is something to be gained; fight not unless the position is critical. If it is to your advantage, make a forward move; if not, stay where you are.

hand him an air mattress on his way out the door.

If he has ever moved or rented an apt on his own, he'd have realized that a queen mattress can't fit thru that staircase.

How did my self righteous SIL get with this guy....

Oh and remember the other SIL that wanted Tiff to pay for renovations? I'll show you pics of that house later. It pisses me off all over again"

They're living a manhattan standard life and crying poor!
