She's the new kid on the block. Just officially hired last October, after being on contract to hire for 10 months. She's also the most productive and accurate person they have to, and everyone knows it. So I'd say its 50/50. The mortgage industry is in a serious slump right now.

It's been my experience that larger companies lay off where they save the most. Laying off Juna would not save them the most.

They'll also hire a new, cheaper replacement.

I'm not sure how large a company they really are. Its headquartered in India. They do outsourcing, but in this case bought a USA company to process mortgages. The USA local part is not really all that big a company.

Oh ok, I see what you're asking.

OK - so she's not initiated any convo with you.

Got it.

That sucks.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Hm...I've seen this type of company before. Although I've no experience with them. By process, you mean they do mortgage transfers? Stock transfers?

morning all. I mean...noon !

Had some fun with dogs today - one rolled off the bed trying to look composed and cool after the fact and then 2 hours later the same spot

another dog falls off but she actually double rolls. That was fun.

I think hubs dad is going to go insane....he is having to take care of extended family aka two brothers who are adults and their kids and wives..any money he makes goes to them....he has one car left cause both of the sons took over the other 2 now none work so he is trying to repair one of the wives cars which she cannot afford so he is paying for it and working until 8pm everyday incl. weekends....they went as far as to ask for the one car this family uses to get to work lol.....AHHHHH ! And of course my husband lend them money which he wont ever see but that is ok according to him.

AND he is paying the cell phone bill for his brother as well. /rant over

I had horrible dreams last night - I was dying, needed two surgeries one of which was removal of 375 (yah that number exactly) insects out of my liver and then another surgery which they could not do in one day because the doc refused to do it claiming he had no time and I kept pushing trying to explain I really don't want to die....whole night. Well, before that I woke up in a coffin and there was a big hollowed out chicken size of a turkey between the nurse and the surgeon that they were passing each other....

Gonna go for a walk.

I'm eating a can of chunky soup. Then off to get X-ray.

Every time I eat canned soup, I remember the times when I was 11-13 years old or so. When all I had to eat was a can of alphabet soup that I scraped up 35 cents to buy. Then I'd add a can of water to it....

good luck with the rays.

lol about the canned soup...I did that with instant packaged soup...loved pea soup and chicken noodle since I could get away adding water to it and it would still taste good. I was 20 though and used camping burner to cook since I had a room without kitchen :D

Wow man....

tell me about it. Frikin crazy town over here.

Not a crazy town J. There's 1 sentence that sums it all up. I've refrained from using it.

ps: I never cursed in my life ( I cannot in my own language...I guess religious upbringing stuck) but lately, I have been freely cursing to let it out albeit to the dogs. It is liberating.

off for a walk.

Let us know how x rays go Steve !!!

Hopefully it will warm up a touch before you arrive.

I just wish she didn't start talking about not belonging in America every time she's worried about her job though. cray5ol.gif

Her department processes the titles from new mortgages. When all the paperwork meets the specs required for the county they must go to, she issues the check and paperwork to be sent to the county. This requires pricing the fees and making sure all the paperwork was done correctly. Other departments do different things, but I'm not sure exactly what all areas they get in to. They do not generate mortgages.
