ive never had nyquil/dayquil but i do like lemsip.

do they have this in the US? it's the only thing that helps with nasal congestion for me. plus it makes me high, that's nice too lol.

Good morning/almost noon.

Weekend went well. I attempted to do something nice for hubs mom ...made breakfast and she gave it to her husband instead, then I tried offering making her lunches for work since she got diabetes and I know a bit about nutrition...you know, to do something nice and try to get on better terms. She said thank you but no thank you. I am going to leave it at that (I mean...she won't even ask me a question - i am the one cooking for a month and she comes to the room and asks the hubs if there is bacon left.... or when we play dominos she won't let me put that stupid domino down when she cant reach across the table but will ask hubs to do it even if its further for him ....lol)

Funny story: so toilet is overflowing....she goes to poo....it doesnt flush. She leaves it as is then goes back in to pee 2 hours later (it smells great at that point) and the bathroom explodes and splashes all over the bathroom and towels (leaving mine untouched...not sure how that happened but no poo was found on mine - only)...I am terrible but I thought that was hilarious *cough karma.

Good day today....I have been baking ...making coconut and lime cake.

I've not seen that. Check walgreen's website. CVS, Riteaid....

We have a product here named "theraflu" that may be similar.

she has issues. In her defense she has some psychological disorder...what is it...the one where you go depressed and them totally perky back and forth....

she does have some misconceptions about me and I would be happy to clear things out with her but she is apparently bad at talking (guess who inherited that trait....) and hubs doesn't feel like he needs to correct her error assumptions when she says stuff to him (he told me he saw no point in that).

Its fine. I tried, it doesnt bother me, I ignore it...cook and do what I can.

Phenyl whatever doesn't do it for me and there is scientific research to back it up that in those quantities it doesn't work as a decongestant. I like the good , pseudo ephedrine.

Test took me like half an hour, part of it has to be manually graded, but I got all the fill in the blank type stuff right. I am highly suspecting a high 90s score.

well, I am working on applying to things. The hiring manager just e-mailed me that in 2-3 weeks she should know more aka how I did on the test (hoping I did not bomb completely - don't do well on multiple choice stuff...never have). Then we will see. I realize that being here is in no way good for me and I don't think it is good for the hubs either. He needs to find himself and figure out what he wants in life..if anything at all.
