Gracias, si ma'am. Mini-B. was better in the morn and back to his old young self in the afternoon. He & Mrs. T-B. were sound asleep when I got home. I managed to get the house garbage collected without awakening them.

ooofff I hope everyone is feeling better soon. I've had food poisoning a couple times and its never fun.

major snow storm

freezing rain

ice all over the roads with snow on top

freeways were unsafe [...], so speeds were 25 to 40 miles per hour.

car was shaking like crazy because the ice was loaded with pot holes

the road was just 2 inch thick glare ice

road is full of bumpy ice

white knuckle drive home

more cars in the ditches while I drove around on Friday than I can even recall.

This past weekend, I should have mowed the lawn for the second time this year. The dandelion-type weeds and the pre-grass might be too tall to manage by this coming weekend.

Well work baby shower was small, I wonder why! Only two ppl rsvp'd again I wonder why rolleyes.gif Oh well it's done and over with now hopefully they won't try that again.

Babies typically don't need showers before they're born, no man. However, they're rather messy when they make their first appearance, and for 2+ years thereafter at least, si man.

Actually, I spaketh'd too soonish... Mrs. T-B. is critically ill, see man:

1. She folded the towels that I'd thrown in the dryer while heading out the door.

2. She warshed the remaining barfed-upon items.

Many. She cleaned the dryer's lint trip before drying her load (sign of deathly illness & sky-high fever).

Many. She brought the dried stuff upstairs.

Many. She cleaned the kitchen (double sign of deathly illness).

Many. She up-straightened Mini-B.'s Many trains downstairs.

Many. She made some of my lunches ahead of time (triple sign of deathly illness).

Am fading fast; own attempted nap was unsuccessful because of jacked-uppedness and purring feline, who climbed under the blanket, plastered herself to my diaphragm, placed her paws on my sore elbow, lashed my upper lower extremities with her muscular tail, and began slurping on herself when I finally began to drop off.

The cat... what other creature will awaken from a sound sleep because a spot on its fur has to be licked for 20 minutes, huh man?

Nevertheless, she demands further ministry, after which is prep & zzz, man.

Morning all.

So, last night I have decided I am done sitting here and told the hubs that I am going to get a gym membership because I need to have some people around me even if just running. He said nothing until I made him respond...he said "whatever, fine and how often do you intent to go"...so gym it is asap. Hopefully I will meet people and make connections and what not.

Making fall chicken veggie pot pie...never made that kind of pastry before...we shall see how it goes.

I cannot do classes. Tried, went all the way to the back (it was strength yoga) and kept falling over and making squeekie sounds....not the best way to remain unnoticed lol
