Already thought of!

His parents have heated floors throughout, we'll probably only heat where we tile, though.

I want heated floors but that probably will never happen, the man probably would rather a cooling system.

I wanted one of those faucets, maybe if I ever tear my kitchen apart I will get one.

The light switches in my house are super nice designers switches. Some remotely controlled. Can also use an app to control. Some sockets are USB equipped also.

I upgraded our light switches. Not supper fancy though.

With new high efficiency washing machines, you will need "water hammer arrestors". Google it. Otherwise you will get water hammering in your house.

Never heard of it. We put in a HE one here and had no problems.

Well, we don't want to out price a 50k house, know what I mean? That is pretty nice though, I am jealous. We still have to use 3 to 2 adapters here. crying.gif

I love in floor heat. I'd like to have that and central air one day in our own home. But right now I'd just like to have our own place no matter what kind of heat and air it had. To not rent anymore would be fantastic.

Ok, I read it. No story to tell.....except that my fingie nails grow really fast. I just clipped them, and now I've gotta clip them again!

Hubs grow fast too. He's always cutting them.

But he hates long nails, even on girls.

I think it's Boatman's diet, them fast-growing nails.

Now MAYBE if he only ate food that his wife cooked, his nails wouldn't grow so fast.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

It can get really hot in Colorado, you do need that AC for sure.

It would be nice for us, but I'm not too concerned with being far north and just using window units. We've got hot water heating here, so it is pretty standard to use window units. They work fine for me.

The Dane will just be happy to get away from the long muggy and hot summers. They don't really have bugs in Denmark and hence don't really have screens on windows, so I don't think he quite understands that there will be just as many mosquitos if we move. Oh well.
