I had a spinal block too Nola. Most terrifying thing I've ever experienced as the block did it's job too well and I couldn't feel anything from the neck down.

This week's recap.

- Physical therapy is just a way for your doctor to prescribe working out and your insurance to pay for it

- My left leg is apparently pigeon toed

- I can't stand up w/o locking my knees

- My knee kills me at ANY point throughout the day EXCEPT the part where I'm actually in PT.

- My cat won't stop vomiting this morning

- My sister's dog has officially lost it

Where I've had my spinal block before is killing me and I don't know why. Oww.

residual stuff on an entry point into the body. i've no idea how to fix it, either, but that's what it is.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

maybe less stress if'n the dog eats the cat, and you get some accupuncture treatment on your painful body parts. Sure, it's not permanent, but what's 2 weeks without pain going to look like, for you ?

I think we are almost there with reading - she's able to read some of the very very easy books and she's memorized a lot of sight words. Almost! Then, I can pass out from the pain of teaching her to read. It really is one of the most torturous labor intensive things I have ever done in my life.

Even my daughter declined the Lego movie lol (with the Gump's)

lol she is smarter than the hubs in that then :D

I would have preferred going to see Nut Job or something if we were going children's movies. Oh well...it is fine. We got to walk outside for a couple of mins. I am happy. And It was sunny.

Went down to Baltimore for the day and found an Ecuadorian corner store, so I bought bubs a bunch of treats from home and had them waiting for him when he got home from work. :) He was so happy and surprised, the look on his face was priceless.

My eyeball feels better, but I'm still wary of putting my contacts in. PITA for sure.

I think I'm going crazy, well more then normal.

Anyways I need to complain about my husbands work doing a baby shower. Now don't get me wrong I think it's great they want to this and they do this for every baby and every person working there. But my complaint is that I have to go too, at 38 weeks I don't feel like getting out of bed never mind going to a shower. What makes me more irritated is it's at a bar, it's a dang bar, I don't drink, I don't smoke I don't do bar crowds but I'm expected to go to a shower called Huggies and Chuggies that does not sound like fun for me just fun for them. They normally do something at work and it's short and sweet and normally much earlier then this stage, this thing is 2 hours long. On top of all that I'm in false labour heck, so I am way too cranky to fake smile or enjoy any of it.

Oh and I'm hungry but I'm too bloated to eat crying.gif

I don't suppose your husband could ask for them to change the date until after the baby is born? I never got baby showers for "before" the birth when you don't even know what the booger is. (Or even if you do... what if suddenly it's the opposite!)

Becareful with being bloated as well!!! I went through pre-eclampsia and it's not fun!.
