Gump and SIL was complaining about their refrigerator not being cold. Gump said he told the landlord, and the landlord said he'll have someone look at it Sunday.

Gump said "I'm just going to have someone fix it and send the landlord the bill"

I was the bearer of bad news. Told him Refrigerators are not included in his terms, nor is it required by law for the landlord to provide.

So they went out looking for a used fridge now...

Now why is a Connecticut housewife reading the New York Post? The newspaper that dared to say "Illegal immigrant"

I've always liked the post. Not all of CT is blue, yah know.

Went and got a pedicure after work. My feet feel lovely. Also went and got the Jeep washed. Sure looks purty. :) I should take something out for supper... However I want to go to the liquor store and get some whiskey and coke. NOM NOM NOM..

on a non-related note - I wished my brother happy birthday (it's the day before mine). Granted I did it a day early for him. But he wished me happy birthday back yesterday. It's the first time my brother has talked to me in over a year. I'm happy, even with the one line facebook message.

I just reactivated my Planet Fitness black card, so not only can I go to any of their 300 and something gyms, but I can bring a free guest along every day. Only 20 a month for that. Not bad when the other gym in town costs like 100.

I have one, too. :) Can't beat the price for what it offers. Luckily hubby likes going to the gym, too, so it's something we can do together every morning. He's crazy stubborn so if he didn't like it I'd have a hard time trying to persuade him to give it a try.

Eye feels better. Also, got an interview notice for next Friday fro a job I applied for a few months ago for the county. :) More than twice what I'd be making now with full benefits. Fingers crossed for me! This could be what gets us out of my mom's house.
