oh cool. I am making a simple J chicken curry...my invention but its good and easy not the typical curry everyone thinks of.

Make this one usually changing it up a bit:

My wife was going to try puto for the first time yesterday. Then she discovered its steamed and not baked, so we had the wrong type of trays to make it in. I bought her mini cupcake trays, they apparently need to be some plastic tray suitable for steaming.
