We received a RFE for "Original Signed Divorce Papers." We had those in the original package. The ones that the judge had actuallyg iven my wife, which were perfectly fine to get the marraige license... went in, got another set printed and signed, re-sent... They received them 51 days ago according to the site, and it's still "Request for Evidence Review." Getting very frustrated, because it took them from August until March to respond the first time, and that 7 months was *not* the "5 months," they say the time is.... Now we're at day 51 of the "Within 60 days," response time for something very simple.

Hi I am not happy about your long wait but it feel a bit reassuring that someone out there is suffering the same way like I am. I really hope we hear from them soon. I am not on day 51 but I am tired seeing "request for evidence review"

We've finally been contacted by the NVC, and I sent in my payment for the I-864 processing yesterday.. but still haven't received the NOA2 lol.

Spoke with a person at the USCIS after a long time on hold (and escalating the call,) and she just said that everything was fine if we're already talking to NVC, and not to worry about not having an NOA2. Status still isn't updated with USCIS, though.
