What's the difference among 'Packet 3 Received', 'Packet 3 Sent' and 'Packet 4'? Received :

Timeline

I believe P3 Sent means Consulate sent it. P3 received means they received the requested documents back from you. P4 sent means after they receive p3 back from you, they sent p4 (interview date) to you

Timeline

packet 3 received: the beneficiary received the first letter from the consulate in his country, instructing him to submit certain documents

packet 3 send: the beneficiary send the requested documents back to the consulate

packet 4 received: the beneficiary received the second and last letter from the consulate in his country, which includes his/her interview date
