Yesterday, we printed out the DS-260 confirmation letters, took more passport pictures, copied their info pages from their passports, filled out the CGI Document Submition - IV

We registered a local CITIC Bank location for document pick up.
Went to the bank and was told this is only for non-immigrant visas. They would not accept our documents!
Did you guys do any of this bank stuff?
Did you just wait the 30 business days to hear from them?
Anyway, I hope you are able to help me with this next step.
Thanks in advance,
Greg, Jing and Max

Yes we had to pick and use a local CITIC Bank for document sending and delivery from their list of CITIC Banks. The list is on http://ustraveldocs.com web site. (You have to registered and fill out all your wife's information on the http://ustraveldocs.com web site to get to the part where you pick a CITIC Bank for document delivery) Tell your wife to speak to the CITIC Bank manager there...or the person my wife talked to at Citic Bank here in Changsha was Wang Xie and his phone number is 0731-59965942 in Changsha... He seemed knowledgeable... your wife can try and call him and ask...

Good Luck

We then went to http://ustraveldocs.com web site.

We got her registered and picked a local CITIC Bank and set it up online.

We printed out a submition letter, and a .pdf file that that site provided. (Cantains all our info and a UID barcode.

This is where I'm stuck...

We went to the selected CITIC Bank.

We were told they don't do that anymore. We asked to speak to the bank manager. He told us they same thing.

From the lobby of the bank we called the biggest CITIC BANK in Wuhan, again was only told they deal with passports for non-immigrat visas.

So, you guys took the two her passport pictures, a copy of her passport page, copy of DS-260 confirmation page to CITIC Bank and submitted them?

Also, When did you guys pay the AOS and IV fees? Did you just pay them at the interview?

Thank for your help!

Jing and I are stressing out these last few days.

Yes we paid at US Consulate right before the interview. (1403.00 RMB DS-260 IV fee per person) And yes we took my wife's passport pictures, a copy of her passport page, copy of DS-260 confirmation page to CITIC Bank for delivery to Guangzhou. There's all so a " CGI - Request Documentation Submission - IV" form filled out by hand, it says on it, that you must bring it to the courier. (CITIC Bank). Also there's a delivery info document you need... and it's printed off from the cgifederal web site. The form has...

Applicant's Name:

Passport Number:

UID: bar code and number

US Consulate General: Guangzhou

Trip Purpose: Registration

Visa Class: IR1

Document Delivery Type:

Location Name:

Address 1:

Address 2:

City:

State:

Postal Code:

Hope this helps you some...

Feb 11, 2014: Got a call at 2PM from CITIC Bank in Changsha and they told my wife her passport was there and ready for pick-up.. Yes Yes Yes finally.... But on CGI's Track & Retrieve My Passport web site page it still says: "Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery"

Note: Her interview appointment in Guangzhou was on Jan 29, 2014... so it was 2 weeks, even with the Chinese New Year's holiday...
