I had to get it signed and notarized for packet 3 I believe, but it looks like I need to get another and send it to HCMC for her interview?.. but I dont know why they would you have to do it for a second time.. just seems dumb to me. If you can do it I would just in case. Call around to see who can notarize.. just a few minutes needed.. good luck

Two things:

I-134 is the form used for K-1 and K-3 visa interview at the consulate, and has a place to notarize it.

I-864 is the form used for Adjustment of status for getting greencard in the United States, and is not notarized, and is not used at the visa interview at the consulate.

I-864 is only used at the consulate for immigrant visas like CR-1, and IR-1 since these visas directly result in a green card being issued.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
