Ok so Ive been doing all the research I possibly can but Im still unsure about the process. I know the process for the most part......I fill out the Biographics and the I-129 send them off.....Once they get approved I get notified and they get sent to visa processing center.....then the visa processing center forwards it onto the embassy in Manilla. Now here is where Iam not sure.......at that point do we call the Manila Visa Appt. Service and make an appt. over the phone? or does the notification from the NVC have an appointment time on it? The problem is I don't know how the embassy will let her know when all of her appts are....she lives way way out where there is no postal service.

I know once she gets the interview...they send the visa by 2Go courier, or she has the option to pick it up at a 2Go office......thanks for the help

Hello Glazierguy,

If you got your NOA2 (approval notice) already, wait for about 10 days after receipt and try calling NVC if they already assigned her a case number. If MNL case is available, she can then make her appointment for her visa interview online or via phone and pay visa fee($240). She does need to do her medical exam also with SLEC in Manila($235). Its a 1 or 2day process, she will be needing photos(2x2) and her MNL case number . If medical goes well, the clinic will be the one to forward her passport and results to the embassy on the day of her scheduled interview. All other documents needed should be brought to the embassy on the interview (visa photos, proofs of relationship, your I-134 affidavit of support-signed and dated, printed DS-160 confirmation page, bank receipt of visa payment, your orginal letters of intent to marry(signed and dated) addressed to US Consulate Manila. Provide her a copy of the Notice of Approval mailed to you. And any other document to support her visa interview. Sealed them all with a kiss and send it to her. :) Good luck to you journey as well.

For the I-129F petition process follow the GUIDES here on the forum. Look up at the darker blue bar, see the word GUIDES? Click on it. Near the top of the left side column is the K-1 Guide for the petition process... follow that.

As for Manila, everything is done online once you get your MNL # from NVC. You/your fiancee will schedule the interview, the medical is walk-in, first come-first served. The embassy will not schedule anything for you.

For the K-1 process in Manila... follow the flashing arrow below this post.
