Questions about i130 Application for Daughter and her unmarried children under 21

My mother filed a i130 Petition for my sister.
My sister has three unmarried children who are minors.
The names of my sister's children were listed on the application for my sister.
If, and when, my sister's visa application is approved, what will happen to her children?
Will my sister's children get visas the same time that my sister gets her visa? Or will my sister have to enter the US then petition for them?
Also, one of my sister's children will be over 21 by the time the visa application is approved.
Can this child still get a visa since her name is listed on the visa application for my sister?

hi,

some will probably age out and not be able to come, some will qualify under cspa and be able to come

if there is any of them that can't come, she will have to file for them once she arrives, as long as they remain unmarried

Hello Everyone, its interesting to find out that so many persons are currently in the same position as i am. I just joined the group but has been following the many many conversations. I need some assistance, dont fully understand the processing time and bulleting period. I called NVC many times and i am not getting through.

My mom filed an application in 2011, PD Dec 2011, at that time she was a permanent resident, she changed her status in 2013 and updated my application form. What is the next step
