Good afternoon, i have a question i did read some of the threats about the same issue after six years of getting to know each other emailing, skyping and visiting her, finally my girlfriend was giving a B1/B2 visa she will be coming here to the US for the first time only for 10 days, i want to marry her she will be returning back home she does not know this it will be a susprise ( the getting marry) that is. Will she loose her B1/B2 visa and can she come and visit again I will be making the K3 petition here can you guys advice me on the procedures or any problems we may encounter if we do this i do not want to brake any laws or protocol. Your help is greatly appreciated.

She won't lose her B1/B2 status. You can marry her in U.S. and start the marriage visa after she returns to her country, As far as she visiting you while the marriage visa is pending, as long as she has strong ties to her country, I think she can come and visit you.

She can continue to use her B2 for its intended purpose while your I-130 is pending.
