Spoke with her this morning, she wasn't able to put an inquiry as my case is apparently still within normal processing times. Which makes no sense. But she sent me proof from USCIS so obviously she's not lying... It just doesn't make sense that it's taking so long!

Time line:

Filed: Dec 09, 2013

EAD Approved: Feb 26, 2014

Interview: June 26, 2014

That is 6 months and 17 days to interview date... meaning they got their interview notice a month earlier.. We are way past that deadline, I am at 5 months and 9 days and still no interview notice

From EAD approval to interview date: 4 month. (3 months for notice), We once again are past the notice timeline

My cousin's friend was also a Dallas filer and he filed mid December. He got the interview notice in mid May with the interview date of June 23. He got the green card one week after that.

Did you guys have any RFEs? I believe RFEs might delay the process too. I myself had one RFE. And in addition to that I also changed my address in March, which resulted in an "undeliverable" biometrics appointment notice even though I had reported the change properly and did receive confirmation letters from USCIS. I did not get to do the biometrics until April 29. My EAD got approved the same date and my status was changed to testing and interviewing on May 6.

No RFEs or change of address for me (I believe macruff did a change of address though). If I follow that timeline we should be getting a date real soon.. Well... Hopefully...

No RFE for me either, I did change my address but that got updated mid April and only affected my EAD card which was sent to the wrong address (EAD is handled by the NBC and not the local offices, so it is separate). I'm hoping soon also, but like I said earlier, I'm resolved to just waiting (like I have a choice) until I get a letter.. Funny thing is I got a letter a week ago that just told me to wait... It was a reply to an inquiry that was submitted in June. (2 months to reply)

Tratsing, I filed the same date as you did: 2/14/14 but my process has not been as smooth as yours. I expect having a later interview date than yours.

I just got notified they sent me a letter for our interview on October 14! :D

I also got the notification at 6am too: I'm scheduled for Oct 14 too
