Your case status will change to let you know.

Interview waivers I believe are currently taking up to 6 months longer to clear than those who are getting interviews. So not a great thing to receive, really!

Well that's just awesome. It appears most people whose apps get transferred to a local office, are being done so rather quickly (around biometrics time). And considering mine never changed to Interview/Testing since February, can I assume that I was waivered?!

Not necessarily, where is your local office? Some are just processing really slow at the moment, I know a few offices are still only up to Oct-Nov filers.

Dallas is possibly the worst.. very backlogged there, they're currently processing end July 2013 :(

Ah, that sucks :( Raleigh is at Nov 2013. I suppose there is no harm in calling USCIS and asking why it hasn't been transferred to your local office yet? I would make sure you ask to speak to a tier 2 officer though.. good luck!

I interviewed last Tuesday at 1pm, and I got a text message and e-mail about 5 minutes after the interview that my case is in document/card production. I also got two emails and texts later that evening that both my 130 and 485's were approved. I got the NOA2's this past Saturday. It seems, however, that most people have been getting an additional text/email that their card has been mailed a few days after their case is approved. Today is a week and I still haven't gotten that text. I'm assuming the memorial day weekend might have slowed down production as people probably were getting on with their trips.

2001-2005 F1 - College

2005-2011 F1 - Grad School

2011 - 2012 - F1-OPT

2012- current - H1B


June 2011 - We met in San Francisco, CA

July 2012 - Both took the leap of faith and moved to Boston together

September 2013 - Got married

20 Feb 14 [DAY 0] - Sent off AOS (i485, i130, i131,i864, i693).

25 Feb 14 [DAY 1] - USPS Package Received

28 Feb 14 [DAY 3] - TXT/email notification of receival.

03 Mar 14 [DAY 6] - Hardcopy NOA's.

06 Mar 14 [DAY 9] - Biometrics appointment received.

26 Mar 14 [DAY 29] - Biometrics completed.

Don't stress it. Just get the cosponsor. Make sure you have their birth certificate or Passport. It will all work out in the end. Deep breath. I'm just like you, but you will look back one day and it will be the past. Good luck!

Feb. 2013 - First conversation ( we met through a friend )
Mar 26, 2013 - First meeting in person, Manila
April 06, 2013 - He went back to US
April 15, 2013 - I-129F sent to USCIS
April 17, 2013 - I-129F delivered
April 19, 2013 - NOA1
April 23, 2013 - Alien Registration Number was changed
June 17, 2013 - Second Visit
July 31,2013 - RFE
August 06, 2013 - Return to US
August 08, 2013 - RFE reply sent. ( next day delivery service)
August 09, 2013 - RFE response received
August 13, 2013- APPROVED!
12nn - Received an email from Representative Staff that our petition is approved already. ( w/ email from USCIS officer )
8pm - Received email confirmation about the approval & Online Status Updated.
August 14,2013- got my BC & Cenomar ( waited 5mins for BC & almost 1 1/2hr for Cenomar)
