Changed address on April 15th.. EAD card sent on May 5th, got to wrong address on May 9th, ran to post office to get it before it gets forwarded. Too late, already forwarded supposedly to my new address, left the state of Texas, now in Missouri and most likely heading back to USCIS.

Did I make the mistake? Nope.. Will I get it in time to not miss work? Most likely not. How can this be this hard?

Just actually found out it is going back to USCIS and takes 30-45 days before they mail it back. It wasn't my mess up.. As I updates online and called to confirm they (all 3 forms) were updated... Yet, I suffer for it..

So after talking to a Tier 2 officer, She said that my EAD will be mailed out and I should get it back in 2-3 weeks (i hope it is less than 1 week).

I went ahead and asked her about my interview and why it hasnt still be scheduled.... She looked at my file and said, on April 30, it changed it Testing and interview and was ready for scheduling (this was the second time, it officially changed on April 1st, but since I did a change of address, it changed to initial review and then changed back to T&I), and THEN on May 2nd, it was changed to interview scheduled.

I am yet to receive a date, time, email, text or a change of status on USCIS, and then she went on to say that, it was rescheduled to a later date but she doesnt know yet. oh well......
