Yup, that's true. Take a break :)

Do you guys know if I have to take all aos package copy to the interview?

not at all . if u read notice of action carefully.

1. who should come with u.. both of u. prepare u us citizen like passport , social security number card , drive license original one, and u spouse passport if she or he cant speak English must bring interpreter

2. you must bring the following items with you

- Notice of action form I-797c all from uscis , your government ID

-form-693 medical exam (unless already submiited) who apply for aos allreadly sent this u don't need to bring it u can bring medical bills that is.

-form -864 affidavit support for each of your sponsor ( unless already submitted) if u sent this form don't need to bring anything incase u want to used more support document

like tax return 2014

now I will pass to important one .

- Original and copy of each support document that you submitted with you application. bring them all and copy them too.

I don't see any list that u must bring application form with you. I think uscis officer allreadly have what they need is support document from you , marriage certificated , birth certificate, change name paper, health insurance , life insurance , picture ,bank statements , they just want to prove you r real marry so don't need to worry much . smile and answer question like natural .

Good luck

Hi everyone!! I have a quick question.

Our NOA was February 21, our Biometrics (early walk-in) was on March 5th. I changed our address on March 7th because we were going to be moving at the end of March and I wanted to make sure mail wasn't lost. Since then, our case hasn't been updated online and we haven't received any mail regarding an interview date.

Should we be concerned?

VisaJourney predicts he'll have the EAD by the end of April.... but I'm just wondering if the change of address screwed things up for us because I'm seeing other people with EAD acceptance that filed at the same time as us.

Any thoughts? Thank you! :)

I wouldn't be concerned just yet. I filed 5th Feb and I still don't have an EAD/AP acceptance yet. They seem to be taking the full 90 days to process at the moment.. I would wait til that time has passed before getting too worried!

Hi everyone! I've been reading through the forum for the past month and tracking everyone's progress and i finally decided to write something to get everyones advice. Below is my timeline:

Filed Feb 6th

NOA on Feb 10th

BioMetrics March 10th

RFE March 13th

RFE Response Review March 26th

Testing & Interview April 8th

My question is i am currently employed and my F1OPT will be expiring on April 28th, what are the chances that i receive my EAD before then? and is there anything i can do to expedite the process without jeopardizing it?

Thank you all for your help!

Based on your timeline your EAD should be approved by April 28th. If I am not wrong, a couple of FEB filers have already had their EAD accepted. So I think it shouldn't be long before we get ours accepted.

Regarding expediting your EAD, I have heard about people calling their local Congressman/Congresswoman office with job offers and getting their EAD expedited. I do not know for sure if you can do that as well. Maybe some other VJ members will throw some light on that one.

Best of luck!!
