Apply my aos case on 18 feb 2014 Status change to interview on 29 April 2014

Total processing 71 days = 2 months and 12 days my case B-1 Tourist visa

Now I have to go cvs pharmacy for printe more than 200 photos on interview day about our relationship in 5 yrs

since I m talk to him online on 2008 and he visited me in Thailand 5 times and I visited him in usa 3 times then we married on 22 January 2014

Good luck to everyone.

Best of luck for the interview. I came on a B-1 tourist visa as well but I haven't got the interview date yet. The Denver office is apparently very slow.

You should receive your biometrics notice a week or two after your NOA1. My NOA 1 was on February 21, and I received the Biometrics letter March 4th. Our appointment was scheduled for March 20th, but we did a successful walk-in on March 5th with no problems.

Have you received your EAD as yet? Did they send you a SS card?

Hello Everyone,

Bored at work so I decided to sign up and write something down. I have been following this since I turned in my AOS/EAD application on February 18. Got my biometrics done on the 24th of March and pretty much doing what everyone is doing which is WAITING....

I came in on an F-1 8 years ago and have been using my OPT/STEM extension since December of 2011, unfortunately, that ends June 10th this year. While I am not in Panic mood as I expect my EAD card before Mid May (fingers crossed), I still worry a bit if I gave myself enough time to avoid having to stop working. I did contact my congressman just in case, and he said I shouldnt worry, but should call him back first week of May if I dont see any movement so we can expedite it.

Patience and prayer is key to this process, I have gone back all the way to February 2013 and there are a few people there still without interviews!!!!, so be patient, pray and hope for favor and for the best while of course preparing for the worse.

Funny thing, the number right before my number on USCIS has gotten his/her EAD card, and the one before that has gotten their Greencard.... FORGET about timelines, it will happen when it will...

Goodluck to all.... and may the odds always be in your favor :goofy:
