Same here :)

We filed AOS on January 29, 2014 - Our case was received in February (thats why I am calling myself a February filer)

We changed address early on during the process - and thats what might have slowed it down a bit.

I received EAD and AP early april and the potential Interview Waiver Case letter May 15, 2014.

This morning (December 08,2014) I got an e-mail saying that our Status changed to Card Production on December 06/2014. I am so excited and relieved.

It took 311 days from filing AOS to Card in Production and 207 days from the Interview waiver letter.

Now all I can do is hope they send the card to the right address... We already went through some trouble because of that!

I also received a letter that said:

"This morning (December 08,2014) I got an e-mail saying that our Status changed to Card Production on December 06/2014. I am so excited and relieved."

Later, I received an email saying:

"Your Case Status: Decision

On December 8, 2014, we registered your permanent resident status and mailed you a Welcome Notice for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX. Please follow the instructions in the notice. Your new permanent resident card should arrive by February 6, 2015, after this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision."

Does anyone know what this welcome notice or ADIT processing is? I really thought that after seeing the message indicating the status had changed to "Card Production / Ordered", I'd get the green card by the end of the week. Now, I'm not so sure.

Hi everyone just wanted to give you a quick update. I finally received my greencard:)

We filed for AOS and EAD/AP January 29, 2014. We moved halfway across the country so we had to change address right after my biometric appointment. We then got EAD and AP send to my new address. But a month later we got the potential interview Waiver Case letter - send to the OLD ADDRESS (May, 14, 2014). We then had to fix the address issue again and all I could to was hope that they will send everything else to the right address (like they did before the Interview Waiver Letter).

So we got the Interview Waiver Case letter in May. We waited till the 6 months mark passed by and I filed an online service request because we where out to the normal processing time. Never heard an answer or anything regarding that. So I waited another 2 months (December, 03, 2014) to file another online service request. This time the strangest thing happened.

Three days after I filed the service request - My online status changed to Card/Document Production!!!! An hour later I went to the mailbox to find a letter from USCIS stating that they don't know when I will be getting my green card and I need to wait longer etc. Basically my answer to my service request.

On December 12, 2014 my status changed to Card Mailed. But I never got the tracking number or info that it was picked up my ups.

Three days later (12/15/14) the greencard just "showed up" in my mailbox.

I am so relieved this long journey is over for now.

AOS took 320 Days

From filing the K1 to receiving the Greencard we waited almost 710 days!

February filer here. We got our NOA1 on Feb 28. We got the June 5 Interview Waiver letter.and just now I got a letter saying I have to re-do my I-693 Medical Exam and send it in before March 15. I'm thinking it expired or they lost it because I definitely sent it in the first time. Not looking forward to paying $250 out of pocket again for a strange doctor to tap my back and tell me I'm too fat.

LauDi, I'm so sorry to hear this - more needless expense for you. Please could you post your experience on the main Notice of Potential Interview Waiver thread. Also I get an error when trying to look at your timeline (Oops! Captain we have a problem. Some how there were multiple entries found, Please contact an admin to resolve this) - do you know why?.

What visa are you adjusting from? What date did you have your medical? What date did you enter the US?

I think it's because it's linked with my husband's time line. We haven't really gone online here since everything was going smoothly so far so I don't really know how to fix it.

Adjusting from K1

Entered US on October 15 2013

Married 12/12/13

Sent in AOS Feb 21 2014

NOA1 Feb 28 2014

EAD/AP receive in April

My original medical was August 6 2013

I am so upset over this. They must have known it would expire months ago and just when I think we're in the home stretch, they pull this nonsense.

Probably just a coincidence, but I submitted an inquiry with USCIS last night because I felt I was well beyond the 6 mo. timeframe. The following day, I received an email from them regarding the approval. Like I said, prob a coincidence, but with all this talk about expired medicals I began to worry about ours. If they consider the first medical exam received overseas to have a 1 year shelf-life, then ours was right on the edge...Sorry to hear about the delays that others are experiencing!
