Congrats to the Case Completes this month! God willing all goes well at the interview.

I hope and pray for anyone who hasn't received their NOA2 that they receive it very soon, this month, God willing!

We are waiting for our AOS/IV packet to be reviewed, it's been about 12 days. InshaAllah we don't get any check lists.

Hey Feb fillers, I got case complete on 1st Dec, no check-list and both packages were submitted together and my Interview is Jan 14th in London..

hang in there.....what have you done to stir the pot a bit? have you put in a service request on line or via phone? have you spoke with tier 2? have you contacted the service center with emails? if you haven't....start. there are other actions you can take but need to do these first.

many of us (including those from nov., dec., and jan.) have waited this long too....with little feedback. you need to let them know you are alive, doing well but want action.

our delayed case was a nightmare and in our opinion stemmed from mis-communication when we cancelled our K1 visa 2 years back.

be proactive now.

good luck. many of us feb 2014 filers are still watching over this thread praying and hoping noa2's and cc's happen soon. :thumbs:
