Well good news for me, talked to a tier 2 supervisor(over tier 2 agents) - he told me I was never RFE'd and should hear something on my case within the next 48 hours.

who told you this, tier 2 or just any rep?

i'm surprised the reps are giving info like you should hear something within the next 48 hours.

i'm happy for you but don't be overly surprised if it ain't so......

fingers tripled crossed for all of us....it's hump day and I hate weekends!!!!

A tier 2 supervisor, I told him my story of every tier 2 agent I talk to, tells me something different, so I got transferred to the main guy.

He said if I still don't hear anything by Friday, call back Monday and ask again for tier 2 supervisor.

There is multiple tier 2 supervisors to my understanding, I just got fed up, I called twice today - the first tier 2 was a complete jerk to me. I called back, and said I want to speak to the supervisor over you guys, sorry for this, nothing to do with you. And just got moved up, I asked the guy - he said he had tons of experience and knows whats going on with cases a bit better than the agents under him.

thanks again for elaborating. i really appreciate it.

we are together again...last hurrah of the summer, then i return back to work (sigh). we got talking about our last I 797C notice (the most recent one stating the transfer to NBC) and there's no reference of time noted on it. it just states "to speed up the processing we have transferred your case to NBC". at the info pass appt he was told 'everything is cleared, you should hear something soon....that was 6 days ago and nothing. so, we booked another info pass appt and i'm attending. hoping this might have some impact on our case moving forward.

i was so optimistic but spirits are on the decline.....its difficult to be up when so little points up!!!!

help me out here people.

I really do wish I had some real magical advice to help you guys along, it must be so hard having to fight tooth and nail for answers as to what the heck is going on with your cases. All I have to offer are my prayers and best wishes, and hopes that you all are approved very soon. I will not drop my pom poms until all you guys are moved on to NVC...just sayin' :)

I just checked the USCIS website and it said that our I130 was approved!!:dancing::D I can't believe it!!

And you know something, I really believe that this forum of feb filers is the best. The energy here is so positive and so spiritual! I really believe that helps!

When I was down, someone in the forum mentioned that I should pray. Even though I hadn't prayed in a very long time, I something deep down told me they were right and I decided that I should try.. So for the first time in ages, I prayed last week and now a week later we have our approval!!! Sending all of you strength and don't lose faith.

Maybe turning to prayer can help all of us get through this! Best of luck to everyone!
