I hear ya. You must be feeling like a rubber ball. With all the bouncing around they have done to you, if I were you I would be calling a congressman or senator or something. That's plain not right. SOMEBODY JUST ADJUDICATE THIS PETITION ALREADY!

Sorry, I'm passionate today :) A little meltdown once in a while never hurts. Lol!

That's the kicker, contacted my Senator, nothing has happened - only more waiting time.

I know I have made an InfoPass appointment off mrs thb for next Monday, already did the e-request, just waiting and waiting!

Wife has been crying every day, mother thinking it'll get denied, the two people that are in my life have lost hope sadly. Oh well!

What does the mother think it's going to get denied? They can't just simply deny your petition for bringing your wife to the United States of America, that is not the way it works. I've been doing this since February and I'm also on the six month waiting period, I'm desperate but I know she'll be here with me, so don't worry, be faithful, yours will be here too!

My mother is a very negative thinker, I-130s do get denied, my wife was deported 12 years ago, when she was 18(nearly on her 18th birthday, she didnt know better) - got sent to a 10 year ban, and thinks it will scar her for life with the US government.

In that case, if it gets denied I would look around for a lawyer, I'm sure they can figure this out for you as long as you both have proof your marriage is legit (which I'm sure you do). God bless, and remember your best lawyer is God.

For whatever reason I can't edit my previous post...maybe it's me, anyway I just wanted to add that staying positive is important. I felt that slipping this past week, and for a positive person that is scary. Try to believe that sometimes "no news is good news". We can't control what happens once our petitions and our docs are out of our hands, and we all know how random things seem in this process. It helps so much when we come together here to encourage one another, even when we are at our most frustrated. I thank all of you on here for that encouragement, and I hope and pray that your approvals come soon.

Congratulations Dualie,

This great news and it lifts our hopes a little.

Thanks Zanzibar! I hope you get yours really soon :)

Thank you, thank you. I am almost addicted with refreshing the USCIS page and checking my phone for a text that my petition was worked on... I am counting down the 20 - 30 days response i got after i submitted the expedited request... Really hoping something will happen before end of this month. The pic on my profile brings memories of our honey moon... ahhhhhh .

Congs again. :)
