Omg.....I'm so excited but so afraid.

Just got noticed our case was transferred. Notice did not say where but to await further notice. I'd attach notice but it went to Tom's phone.

It's about time Texas gets some action!!!!

Here's hoping all you others get action too!

Peace all,

Wow!! Good to hear! I am half hoping for a transfer, because NSC seems to be at a standstill. Let us know when you hear where you're going. :)

My wife called the USCIS today to see what's going on with our I-130. They told her that they're having delays in NSC. They asked us to call back in 5-7 days to see if everything is Ok with our case or if it's just a Service Center problem of Delay.

I'll keep you informed if we have any news....

Good luck with that. Hopefully you hear something soon! :)

Just filed an erequest. Feeling discouraged that so many transferes received approval so quickly. Going on six months now.

Just returned from visiting my husband. Found out a few days ago that I am pregnant. Wondering if my pregnancy could expedite this process at NVC?

You should hear something soon I hope. :)

They won't grant an expedite for pregnancy, unless it is a life or death situation.

Not to make you feel bad, but doubt that pregnancy will expedite the case. Now, you can tell them that you'll have NO ONE to care for the baby when you go back to work, but by the time 9 months come around, he'll be long here. We all hopefully have only around 6 more months or less, so doubt they'll approve it.

This is so weird !!!!!!!!!

I had an address change on my I 130 in April. And it was reflecting so when my check status online.

Yesterday, after trying every day for a week successfully entered a e-request. Now when I check my status it says Address changed on Aug 7th.

Is this system even working ??????????

Hi JoeDo

Did you get a message "Alien registration number changed" for both I- 129F and I-130 ?

Mine has that message only on I-129F and not I-130. I wonder if that means I might go the I-129F route. Hopefully !!

Hi All,

I checked our case status online this morning and found our case was approved on 8/8.

6 months and 2 days since NOA1. My case was at Nebraska Service Center and no transfer, no expedition.

USCIS seems to be still alive.

This process is unbelievably unreasonable and often discourages us much, very much.

I can't understand why we aren't allowed to even know what is happening, and instead forced to just wait patiently.

But stay the course until the end, finally your approval surely comes

Congrats!

finally someone from NSC ( a non-transfer to CSC) is approved.

we also called USCIS and put a service request on Friday night, was told to wait till 23 Aug.

yea, for us, the worst part of the wait is the variability of the length...the uncertainty of getting an approval, it can be today, tomorrow, 6 months from now or more!

it's very difficult to plan the move and immigration is a big deal both emotionally and professionally.

We're all alive and breathing...... barely, but thanks for asking.

Weren't you expedited because flooding or something like that?

If you check igor's list that should give you a good idea of what has been happening with us February filers.

Good to hear your almost done with the NVC. Good luck with a quick CC....and with getting a quick interview.

Perhaps since your so far ahead of us, you can channel those positive vibes our way....to those of us left in your coherent, and send us blessings

Since joining this site, I've noticed around 10 cases that were sent to the local office, so yes, it seems to be normal. And I'm glad you guys spent some time together, I'm trying to do the same in October God willing! Edited by dehiguey23
