we were hoping for the same too...to having this wrapped up by Christmas.

still being optimistic, praying and keeping crossed fingers.

in the meantime, I'm getting the house ready for a for sale sign!!!! :)

Having a low day today, glad it's over...

Thanks mrs thb, for sharing your optimism when mine has gone down a little. Well tomorrow is another day :)

13 of 51 I-130 at NSC have gotten NOA2 according to Igor's List. Now up to 25% of those at VJ in the same service center with I-130, IR1/CR1 visas.

Thanks RobbieG, for updating us on the list...you got me watching Igor's List now, and it has gotten me out of the dumps. :)

I just checked it, I lived in Chicago, so my case should go to the Nebraska office, right? But even June submit got approved!!!!

My case is at TSC too! PD is 2/24/2014 and it got transferred from Nebraska to TSC on 7/8... This is getting so frustrating... other ppl who got transferred to CSC have been approved already... why was mine transferred to TSC?! TSC has hardly approved any of their cases ... NSC should have just left mine in Nebraska! All the logistical trouble for nothing but just more frustration for me! Btw.. I am USC filing from abroad.

Our case took a funny turn. We got married in October 2013, sent the I130 pack in February 2014, which was received by Chicago mailbox on February 26, 2014. In a few days, we received another letter informing us that the case was routed to Nebraska Service Center, which has jurisdiction over Chicago and which makes sense since my husband is from Chicago. However, today we received another letter dated July 08, 2014, informing us that our case has been transferred to California Service Center, which has jurisdiction over Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii and Nevada. We have nothing to do with any of these states. Does anyone have any idea about what is going on?

apparently NSC is overloaded so they are adjusting the load with transferring cases. on the good side, many transferred cases are being approved very quickly.

there is no understanding to what USCIS adjudicates its cases but it should be more transparent as we are fee paying. In my case, the petitioner is from Nevada and I am from Canada. Our file went to TSC.

USCIS began transferring cases early July. You should be hearing something shortly.....and hopefully its a post decision. good luck.

I have seen two NSC petitions that were recently transferred to CSC with Feb PD dates get approved within the last 48 hours. Hang in there peeps!

Fernando and I continue to hang in there and hope each day will be the day.

14 of 52 NSC with Feb PD dates (includes at least one petition that was transferred but the timeline not updated) have been approved for 27% now.

I love Igor's list!
