I have read on some website that if ur applied time exceded the normal time of ur service center mention on uscis web site one should make a follow up request to the national service center . I dont knw how much it works, but i am planning to do so .

12 of 51 VJ Timelines for I-130 at NSC have been approved now. That's 24%!

It's been just over 1 per day for about a week now.

:dancing:

Hey All NSC guys there are some approvals from PD Jan 28 and 29 that means our ones are coming soon, good luck guys.

that's my understanding too. they won't look at your request until 30 days after your 5 months is up. and the response you get back reads something like....we'll get back to within 30 days.....so really don't expect much until the 7th month mark after PD.

best to remain positive and pray you don't need to go this route. I am. everyday I'm one step closer....and you are too! :)

Yea.. I also just found out that you can only use the e-request thing if the petitioner is living in the US or you used a US address in I-130 form.

Since my husband, the USC, is living in Singapore, I have no choice but to call in for a service request.

Look up, someone from Feb 29th got approved too, but was one of those transferred people, looks like we have to wait way longer. I'm February 10th :(
