I've got my congressman inquiring as to why they transferred my wife's son's application, but not my wife's. Surely his is entirely reliant on hers. The congressman is not amused.

Did you file their applications on the same day?

I don't know either, but I think Nebraska just wanted to get rid of me since I have been bugging them so much! Well, if they had approved my application promptly then I wouldn't have to call them so much! Anyway... best of luck to all of us regardless!!! Life goes on =)

Got a hard copy of Transfer. It has been transferred from NSC to CSC... Also got a email/text yesterday that your petition is being processes now. Let's see how much time it takes.... (PD is 12th Feb. 2014).

As per the immigration timelines on VJ , CSC is processing Feb. 19th petitions so i hope to get the approval any time time :) .

Just received email that we have been approved. I will feel more confident when I receive the letter though. I received rfe letter on the 5th responded to it on the 7th. Website changed to rfe response review on the 9th and then got approval email today. So petition was received on the 28th of February makes it 138 days and unfortunately still counting. feels like something has been accomplished but the end goal has yet to be achieved. Atleast now I can program NVC number into my phone and actually finalize AOS and IV packets. Hope this helps those still waiting for any kind of feedback from USCIS.

Was not expedited. I have to call my representative back to see if he actually had anything to do with it. I suspect not because only about two days after contacting him I got the rfe. When I checked other cases that were received on the same day as mine about half had gotten approvals and a couple of them got rfe's also.
