So from the other NSC Filers thread it does appear that petitions after at least the 10th of Feb are being transferred.

Fernando and I are with you guys and still not transfer notice.

Nothing yet, I filed the I130 for my mom and USCIS received it on 2/28. Yesterday I received an email though stating that " On July 9, 2014, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

I just hope everything is fine with the case, and I hope I get an approval notice soon.

Anyone that filed i130 in February 2014 receive approval yet??

I believe you posted on the wrong forum. This is for K-1 visa process. I saw you filed for IR-1/CR-1. Those are have different process which means the length of approvals is different as well.

We're still at Nebraska with a PD of 2/20/14. No email/text/notification of some sort yet. Almost 5 months but I prepared myself for a 6-month wait since that's the norm at NSC anyway.

Hopefully, with all these transfers NSC starts getting to February cases by this month so we can really keep it a 5 months!

Side Note: I checked 10 cases with case #s before mine and about 10 above: all of the ones before me were transferred to another service center while some of the ones above me remain in Initial Review.

Just fyi . . .

 God's timing is always perfect. . . :star:"Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!" (Luke 1:45) ^_^

Lots and lots of Januray approvals people! We're coming soon as well!! I think the magic number is 6 months because almost all of the ones approved are about that long waiting. Though I've seen lots of fellow Febs approved too here...

And if you gt approval before 6 months ,then u should b thankful to the service center and to al mighty God .

I saw a bunch from NSC, that's where mine is too, so I guess we just need to wait patiently. No worries, haven't you noticed how fast the days are flying by? We'll be with our loved ones in no time :)
