Timeline

I've seen other people say that when theirs got transferred, they got approved within a week or 2 after receiving it.

You are filling me with too much hope! D: :D D: :D

2012 July 1: Met in Switzerland <3

2014 Jan 23: Married in Cyprus!

2014 Feb 2: I-130 Packet Shipped

2014 Feb 19: NOA-1

2014 July 7: Email Notice of transfer to California Service Center

2014 July 16: Approved!!!!

2014 August 29: Sent AOS packet

2014 December 19: Sent IV packet

2015 March 25: Case complete at NVC (apparently it was forgotten, which is why it's >90 days)

2015 April 16: P4 email received, interview date assigned

2015 May 28: Interview date!! -- Visa Rejected, "missing" paperwork.

Wrong military papers. Not enough Intent to Return to the US. I cannot be financial sponsor because I am overseas.

2015 June 18: Mailed all missing documents.

2015 June 23: Consulate rec'd missing documents.

2015 June 25: Status moved to AP. But still lists status as "SEND DOCUMENTS". Emailed...

2015 Aug 6: Received Visa in mail

2015 Aug 18: Arrived in US

Atleast NEBRASKA service center is doing something . TAXES service center is as quite as it is not part of uscis .no news or update. Can any one tell me why they r taking 5 months to get into an application .

we've also been transferred to another office on 9/July/2014 - fingers crossed we hear soon.

With all these Feb. approvals I feel so anxious about getting approved or something, that I check every 15 minutes hoping for good news and nothing :(

My PD is feb 3, 2014 at NSC. I filed from abroad. So far no transfer notifications. Still in initial review

We are in Nebraska with a PD of 2.11.

We haven't received any email with a notice of transfer. I'm in Mexico visiting my husband so I won't get any texts until I return to the USA on Saturday the 12th.

Just adding to the information about who has and has not been transferred out of NSC.

Seems like you and me are in the same boat.

My NOA1 PD is Feb 3, 2014. I am getting worried since everyone else got transferred but no emails/text/updates on the USCIS website since february. :sleepy:

I hope so too.. since the worst case will be that my case is transferred but we are not notified for some reason... ?

I think NEBRASKA service center transfering cases filled from 15 february and on ward. All early feb filers r not transfered .

Hello everybody, today the 10th is exactly 5 months for us since my filing date is February 10th. When do I qualify for an e-request?
