Timeline

Wow I just can't believe it about 5 mins ago I get a pop up titled USCIS on my phone and I was like finally and it turns out it was a request for evidence :(

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number **************. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

Jan 30: Sent I-130 pack

Feb 3: NOA 1

Did you expedite your case ? Is your case getting processed in Nebraska ?

Don't worry...You will get your approval very soon...They are actively working on your case.

Did you expedite your case ? Is your case getting processed in Nebraska ?

Yes I requested an expedite June 23 and got it approved June 25 and on July 2 I got an RFE which really brought me and my wife down :/ but hopefully I get the RFE fast so we can get back on track. Thank you for your good wishes :) I wish the same for you :)

What does that even mean? You got your NOA2?

4 of 44 February filers for I-130 who are members here of VJ have received their NOA2 according to Igor's list on the Immigration Timelines page.

3 of the 4 are Philippines expedited cases. The other I don't have permission to view the timeline.

That is 9.1% of February filers who have filed out a timeline here on VJ.

I am really sorry.. that i-797 was not my noa2. It was my wife's. (N-400)

Still waiting for NOA 2 ...... :(
