Timeline

This weekend some petitioners at NSC whose PD are in the middle of last Dec and the beginning of Jan 2014.

And NSC is the slowest center so far.

They don't keep promise 5months that they officially announce, but the situation is not bad I think :no:

I assume some of us will begin to get approved at least the last part of July :clock:

08.08 2014: NOA2 from NSC
08.14 2014: Shipped to NVC

09.04 2014: Case Number & IIN assigned

09.10 2014: AOS & IV fee invoiced and paid

09.12 2014: Payment status shown as "Paid"

10.07 2014: Submitted DS-260 via CEAC online

10.08 2014: AOS & IV package sent

10.14 2014: Case received e-mail from NVC (scanned date 10.09)

12.11 2014: Case Complete e-mail from NVC

12.12 2014: P4 e-mail from NVC, interview date & time scheduled

Well at least February is a short month so hopefully it will be approved by July or August.

Hurts my stomach when you say "August" :(

I know your feeling :yes:

Because I alone came to the US to find my job first, it's already a year and 3 months since my wife and I started living apart :wacko:

There is no good reason to just wait patiently in this way..everyone may have the same feelings.

But stay positive, finally we can wait for almost 5 months! Our approvals are surely coming :yes:

Thanks red_tree, I appreciate your positive attitude! :) I guess August will have to be a good month to go see my wife, I miss her lots!

It seems like most people got TSC RFEs. Those who didn't seem to have their consulate in 'Armenia'- not sure how accurate those timelines are- anyway this is effing annoying!

We are moving in a month or so and I am worried about the change of address making this process longer has anyone done The change of address before and had problems?
